Wedding & Event Decor Hire

As one of the UKs largest suppliers of wholesale sundries, including wedding and event décor we now offer the option to hire products directly from us. From candelabras to glassware to post boxes, and to our huge blossom trees we have something for all events.

We are also able to offer a selection of ready decorated items, such as arches and pedestals and with our large selection of artificial flowers we are able to cater for all colour schemes. 

Our hire service is currently only available in our Bristol store, but we are looking to expand this in to a number of our other stores over the coming months. We have a wide selection of products which we reguarly add to and stock large volumes to make sure we have availability for events of all sizes. By reguarly adding to our product range we can help to keep up with the latest trends in the industry, with some of our products being exclusive to Whittingtons. With our large product offering it allows customers to find everything they need under one roof, removing the need of having to visit multiple suppliers. There are no minimum or maximum hire quantities and by hiring directly from a wholesalers our prices are very competitive, which also makes hiring a cost effective option.

Hiring takes away the need of having to store large amounts of products by hiring the quantity you need for a given duration and returning it once you're finished. If you already offer a hire service of your own you can still get trade discount on our hire prices, which allows you to continue adding to your own product offering to provide your customers with a wide range of the latest products. It's also a great option for weddings and events, and even theatre productions and photography shoots where items may only be needed for short period of time.

Many of our products can be added to our hire contracts (with certain exclusions), so please ask a member of staff if you have a requirement that isn't already included in our hire facility.

- On the day of placing your hire order you will be required to pay a hire charge which is non-refundable. This guarantees your order.
- The hire is for a 7-day period, unless otherwise requested.
- It is the responsibility of the hirer to collect and return the goods to us in the original packaging when supplied by us.
- A deposit will be taken for your goods on collection, this is refundable on return of the goods providing terms and conditions are not breached.
- All hired items remain the property of Wilfrid Whittington Ltd.
- If your hire goods are returned in damaged, unclean and/or defective state, the customer shall be liable to pay the cost of any repair/replacement or cleaning required to return the hire goods to a condition for rehire.
- Whittingtons reserve the right to exchange items unavailable for reasons outside our control, in which case we would substitute the item for one of equal or greater value.
- Failure to do any of the above could result in a percentage or a full deposit for repair, replacement or cleaning taken by us.
